Sabrina believes people make better real estate decisions when they are well informed. Her approach is straightforward and educational, focused on clear communication, honest guidance, and practical advice so clients feel supported—not overwhelmed—throughout the process.

She works with first-time buyers, relocation clients, growing families, and investors in Calgary and surrounding areas. Having personally relocated internationally and within Canada, Sabrina understands the challenges of starting fresh and places a strong emphasis on structure, preparation, and reducing stress.

Originally from the Netherlands, Sabrina moved to Alberta in 2001 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography (Honours) from the University of Calgary. Her background supports a strong understanding of neighbourhoods, market trends, and long-term planning.

Sabrina lives in NW Calgary with her husband and three children. Outside of real estate, she enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing, particularly in and around Fernie.
